See the whole problem. Find what actually moves it.
Most people solve the problem they're looking at.
Diagnostics starts by asking:
What else is affecting this?
I examine the variables beyond the initial scope of the problem, identify the causal factors with as much specificity as possible, and determine which actions are most likely to produce the outcome you want.
Then I eliminate the actions that don't meaningfully contribute.
And I build the pathway that does.

Investigate
Understand what is actually happening—not just what appears to be happening.
Identify
Determine the variables and causal factors driving the situation.
Prioritize
Find the actions most likely to create the greatest return.
Eliminate
Remove what is unnecessary, ineffective, or working against you.
Pathway
Turn the findings into a clear solution you can actually follow.

I take all three and determine the most effective path between them.
